Visit of Brezovica Schoolchildren to AMES
On Thursday, 17th of April 2008, the whole day was dedicated to the visit of the 6th grade children from the Brezovica Primary School. In AMES, they were shown classic and modern electronic meteorological sensors and instruments, and were given a short lecture on the weather, meteorology, and monitoring of the environment. In few years, this was a second visit of Brezovica schoolchildren to AMES. Recently, we have presented our work also to the students of the Ljubljana University.
