AMES was participating, as a member of "Technology for Peace" project team, in civil protection exercise in Koper. Purpose of the event, that took place on October 2nd, 2010, was evacuation of children and teachers from Koper primary school.

AMES installed mobile unit for meteorological and radiological measurements with software package which makes possible real-time micro modeling of wind fields and pollution transfer in case of fire or environmental disasters.
